Lisa Stansfield Announces Album - Deeper

When we get fat faceted. Secular. All I know it's so strange looking at all of that I remembered just singing along to every one of those songs list phony because everyone seems to have a story with the especially with the first album they'll set all you got me through college I save my marriage or you know I can now old also things yeah yeah. I know it is wonderful to know that you've actually been part of someone's life in a positive way ever for music doesn't it takes you right back to that moment which the songs day every time I hear that yeah it's our list of what you think is.

So you and it was such a crazy time for you then please yeah not was easy it was just real fame everyone you you wear and ice it will put you find it quite claustrophobic almost yeah I did get a breather from it got to the point where you can you just cannot go out with the hatching hot both to the shops and get a bottle of milk call you know I'm sorry digi stock to get to me I got bit twitchy.

No in that I knew and we did we we we ended up living in Ireland which was wonderful not self peaceful and yeah and we ended up with enough 14 years so it was was particularly yeah it was it was a nice and nice episode thought it's time to get back again and that's how you say let the genesis of your new album day for Talisa by taper what's it like what's the signs like. I am well the way I thought. I've been describing the album is it's a little bit like the the growing up child if the fast 2 albums that I met with the fans do dealings just wait while you feel saw so comfortable so at home yeah and I am yeah we what's with snowball fight there's been in our band and he's an artist in his own right and we we what's with him on the album so we call produced. I now and yeah the 3 of us just had a really really good time and I think you can hear at and you can hear life was telling stories and lack of faith in in all the hilarity that went on and I think you can feel the energy thing is something that I'm not alone has the transfer then on to the the terror then yeah you're going to be had in the roads yes tonight tonight.

Little things can yell because it because there's a family and do you do you get nervous because it saw a flight right into by so we you know we've just a new a week if the hassles and like them with clinical golf acts and I into at Adam and not set your own the world and I know it is it's like just slipping back into another way of doing fans yeah course and head of the teacher though and indeed the album you sort of changed your life in many respects didn't you say you give up smoking that was a few years ago that 8 years ago yeah just diet food everything else and high ID say in yourself and after that do you feel a lot better and I think because. I am older now I don't really want to do all that stuff is much you know like the Larry stuff because that county we as much now and which is quite nice really because it sort of takes a lot longer to get over anything so you have to be a heavy cell but yeah I'm I'm doing all right on the I'm really enjoying it half an inch say. Yeah try after high. I guess you need to share more.

Did the Jay I'll really have right well that something's recollect it's bringing the ceiling all good luck tonight with the terror and everything else came back on stage where you pull away yeah and Sam we say that the album deeper many labs is going to the concert just enjoy them just have a good time yeah great stuff great to see Lisa China airlines here.

There are artists who so much sink into the soul of a large number of music lovers around the world, that from this it becomes even a little uncomfortable. Today, instead of the regular jazz collections - which I just can not pull together, we have to evaluate a new creation from one of the best jazz trumpeters of our time, discussed today will be about Johnny Britt and his tribute to the great king RnB/Soul music by Marvin Gaye.

Let's start with an explanation of the essence of the plate, I have been looking for clarification why the work is called 'Marvin Meets Miles', because it musically is just about the best compositions by Marvin, and here Miles Davis? The only sensible idea came to me suddenly - by Britt plays the trumpet, as well as Davis and I want to believe that this kind of allegory - when Johnny Britt (he himself puts into place Miles Davis) got acquainted with the work of Marvin Gaye. Well, I am not against such an approach, it will be very interesting to listen to the interpretation of the actor that he was able to bring to the already jammed into holes of the composition, not to be confused with bored.

01. Marvin Meets Miles
02. Inner City Blues
03. Trouble Man
04. You Sure Love To Ball
05. Let's Get it On
06. What's Goin' On
07. After The Dance
08. I Want You
09. Got To Give It Up
10. You Sure Love To Ball (Ft. Boney James)
11.Marvin Meets Miles (Miles Mix)

The first thing that comes to mind when listening to Marvin several classic tracks - so should sound Gaye in 2016, the year when he was alive and released remastering the record, I would not have refused such jazz sound! This fact once again proves how great was the music of the King, no matter how many different remix/tribute/cover songs, we did not listen, we always learn classical notes, which can not bring change, but this is not necessary, because these compositions are beautiful! All that is needed - is to breathe into them a 'fresh' sound, use the latest tools to write a little more jazz arrangements - here it is a recipe plate/tribute the success of this artist. In my opinion Britt did everything so beautiful and the best of what I am pleased to add to your playlist, God knows what the interpretation of the account of the great hits of the past. I also think that Johnny did an excellent voice work, not on your nelly not infringed the rights of the original, only introduced to the work of his musical melancholy, by the world of music, which we unfortunately have lost and are unlikely to ever be repeated.

Let's go back to the first line of my little review and think about what to us is Marvin Gaye, it seems to me that many of us agree that it was a legend of music that never dies, his work underwent a huge test of time. It is to this work, we all go back to come up with something new, be it artists, listeners or musicians - they all remember and honor presented by the artist. I would recommend to all, without exception, to hear this work, because it is so real music should sound, and the Jazz culture lover will be pleasantly surprised by the elegant jazz sound.
