Now that we have the opportunity to hear from the new release of the artist, since we already understand this year that Elijah goes to a new level with its second release, then I think there is no more reason to wait, it is worth assess the debut. Today we have to evaluate the work, which began the path of the artist, at the same time I listened to their debut album, which is still in the distant 2008th seemed interesting.

From the very beginning it is necessary to understand who is E.Bland and that the work he provided to our court. This actor relate to category Underground - so just wait for him a certain sound, but in reality goes a completely different feeling. That is rarely the feeling when a guy wants to transfer money to his account, if only he had the opportunity to write more and more, higher-quality albums, most importantly do not stop there.

That sound colors, which are represented on the album, envy even famous and successful artists, many even after decades can not find such a variety of sounds and musical techniques, which are used here. All this is written with a good mastering, and a great sense of style (it is also a sense of proportion). Bland as a vocalist for me is a very high level, I was very impressed with his ability to control his 'instrument', it really feels like a fish in water in any of the presented on the album styles. Speaking of styles, Funk/Soul/Neo-Soul/RnB/Blues/Jazz - all these colors you can easily hear on this record, if the actor moves easily over time, bringing us back to the classic sound of each style. And if you go back to the beginning of the paragraph - that I think any artist with Soul would be happy to get one of the tracks from this album for their personal use.

Overall - this is one of the Underground culture diamonds, carefully stored in my modest music collection. I would advise first to evaluate this work for those who like this style as the Soul/Neo-Soul - I even think you have to know this guy. Then included in the audition tracks those who love a good RnB, with live instruments and vocals beautiful - you will not be disappointed. Third, but not least will be those who simply love good music, I think you should also join the black musical culture!

What is it like: Musiq Souchild, Jesse Johnson, Lynden David Hall, Jose James
I liked: Talk To Me, Funk That (Ft Bomani Armah.), Right On Time, Sugar High (Ft Wayna.), Sneak Tip
